COULD PUBLIC BANKING GAIN FROM AN ON-LINE SYSTEM LIKE FLATTR ?
The following is from an e-mail I recently sent to Ellen Brown, part of which is included below. Her reponse was positive, if brief:

I think a public banking version of flattr (http://flattr.com) could be made even more versatile and could make payment for Internet easier than, for example, walking to the local corner store and paying for goods.
Do you think that an on-line service similar to flatter could enhance public banking?
